In May (2010) I will graduate with a Masters Degree in
Urban and Environmental Planning (MUEP) from
Arizona State University's Tempe campus. The emphasis
of my studies has been Land Use and Economic
Development. Where possible, my academic projects
are approached by integrating business principles into
planning and land use studies; uncovering unique solutions.
Significant courses include: •Land Use Planning
•Land Economics •Research Methods I and II
•Development Control Law •General Contracting•
It has been my experience that such integration of
disciplines allows for more creative and
unique solutions to planning, land use, and development
issues.
My Professional Accomplishments have provided me with over nine (9) years of experience in
real estate and business. Having worked in the commercial real estate industry for both CB
Richard Ellis and Colliers International, I have both a solid working understanding of the
industry and a deep passion for it.
